1John 2:1 tells us that Jesus Christ will be our defender, our advocate. Jesus will be the one who will speak in our defence to God if we were to sin but that doesn't mean we should keep sinning. We should repent and never do that sin again so as to be a great testimony.Let us repent from our sins and not do it again.
Repent for the kingdom of heaven is near

The One who died as our Substitute
Now lives as our Advocate
